We strive with the utmost effort to make sure our photographs are as true to life as they can be. However, please note that the actual color may differ slightly from what you see on your monitor, as this can be influenced by photographic lighting sources or your monitor's settings.
We occasionally encounter material shortages that are beyond our control. Should an item be unavailable for shipping, you will be issued a credit for that item.
Is my credit card charged when I place my order?
When you place your order, your credit card is charged for the total order amount. Should we encounter a supply issue and be unable to ship all the products you ordered, we will apply a credit to your account once the final contents of your order have been shipped.
What do I do if I want to cancel my order?
Please email us at shop@thebowsanity.com within 48 hours. If your order has not yet been shipped, it may be canceled, and we will issue a credit to the credit card used for your purchase. Please note that once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Can orders be returned?
We go to great lengths to ensure our product descriptions are as comprehensive as possible, including detailed sizing and color guides for our accessories. Please double-check that your order is accurate, as we cannot make changes or cancellations once the order has been fulfilled. Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Please provide a valid street address when placing your order.

Can I amend my order?
Once your order is submitted, we promptly begin processing it to ensure it reaches you as soon as possible! During this processing period, we are unable to make any modifications to your order. Nevertheless, if your order has not yet been shipped, it can be canceled, and we will issue a credit to the credit card you used for the purchase. How do I use my store credit?
The store credit will be sent to you via email in the form of discount codes. You must enter this code at the checkout, and the corresponding value will be applied to your order. Please make sure to apply the code before you proceed to confirm your order.
How can I track my order?
After completing the checkout process, you should receive an order confirmation email. Please retain this email for your records, as it may be handy for future reference. If you do not see this email, check your email junk folder to ensure it wasn't misdirected. You will also receive Bow Sanity email updates on your order status. Upon shipment of your items, we will send you a shipping confirmation email complete with tracking information. If your order does not arrive by the specified date for standard shipping, there's no need to worry — simply email us at shop@thebowsanity.com.
My package is missing – what do I do?
We're truly sorry that you haven't received your package yet. Please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to ensure it isn't concealed in any of these places. Also, it might be helpful to ask your neighbors they could have received it on your behalf. If your package still hasn't turned up in 3 more business days, please contact us at shop@thebowsanity.com. Please note that we are not responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect or previous address, or for orders shipped to a Forwarding Company.
